Weapons and skills will provide a Target Shape. This pattern describes how the attack can hit targets. Keep in mind that the range still applies.

Types​

Hit​

A target in range is hit. The range defines how far away the target may be, the number defines how many may be hit.

Line​

All targets in range in a straight line are hit. The range defines the length of the line. This example has a range of 3m.

Line

Cone​

All targets in range in front the character are hit. The shape represents a triangle with an angle 60Β°. The range is counted on the outer sides, not including the source cell, and the triangle is then filled in. This example has a range of 3m.

Cone

Circle​

All targets in range are hit. The range defines the radius of the circle with the center at the player location. The circle is drawn by counting out each meter of radius away from the center, not including the center. This example has a radius of 2m.

Area​

All targets in a certain area are hit. The area is a circle, where the center may be anywhere inside the range. The circle is drawn by counting out each meter of radius away from the center, not including the center. The example uses a radius of 1m.
